By using the GETSSENT app ("the Service"), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
GETSSENT is a "dead man's switch" service: if you do not confirm your presence ("check-in") within the delays you configured, the Service automatically forwards the prepared messages and documents to the recipients you designated.
Delivery is made by email and, optionally, via Telegram (a free channel you can enable for yourself and/or for a recipient). You choose the file delivery mode (secure link, encrypted ZIP archive, or attachments). Optional safety features are available (grace period, escalating reminders, holiday mode, "two-person rule").
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails will be delivered on time or without being marked as spam. Delivery depends on third parties beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any damage resulting from a dispatch that is not sent, late, incomplete or erroneous; an accidental trigger; data loss; unauthorized access; or Service unavailability. GETSSENT does not replace any official legal, medical or safety arrangement.
The Service is reserved for adults (18 and older). By using it, you declare that you meet the age requirement.
It is strictly forbidden to store or transmit through the Service any illegal content, including: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorist or violence-inciting content, hateful content, harassment or threats, copyright or intellectual-property infringement, illegally obtained data, identity theft, fraud, scams or malware.
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), anyone may report illegal content via the Report content page or by email to contact@getssentinel.com. We act without undue delay on any valid report.
We reserve the right to remove any illegal content, block a sharing link and suspend or delete an account in case of violation, informing you of the reasons. Manifestly serious content (CSAM, terrorism) is reported to the competent authorities.
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
We may evolve the Service and these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
